摘要
目的探讨“围手术期内外共管”理念在保健医生远程医学教学中的应用效果。方法以2024年3月~12月期间接受解放军总医院第二医学中心综合外科远程医学教学培训“围手术期内外共管”理念的138名保健医生为研究对象,比较培训前后的理论考试成绩,并采用问卷调查评价教学效果。结果通过“围手术期内外共管”理念的培训,保健医生普遍认为其对围手术期临床诊疗思维、围手术期主动参与或兴趣、以及与保健对象的沟通交流能力方面均有了很大的提升,理论考试成绩也得到了显著的提高,培训前后成绩比较差异具有统计学意义(73.8±5.2)分vs.(89.6±4.7)分(P<0.05)。结论通过在保健医生远程医学教学培训中贯彻“围手术期内外共管”的理念,可以充分调动其积极性、提高专业素养和工作水平,以更好的参与到围手术期全程管理过程中。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the concept“Perioperative surgical and medical co-management”in telemedicine teaching of healthcare doctors.Methods A total of 138 healthcare professionals who received telemedicine teaching on the concept of“Perioperative surgical and medical co-management”by the Second Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from March to December 2024 were invovled.Theoretical examinations were conducted before and after the training,and the scores were compared.Meanwhile,the teaching effect was also evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Results Through the telemedicine teaching on the concept of“Perioperative surgical and medical co-management”,the healthcare doctors generally believed that it had significantly improved their clinical thinking and active participation or interest during the perioperative period,as well as their communication and interaction skills with the patients.Their theoretical examination scores also significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference(73.8±5.2 vs.89.6±4.7,P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing the concept of“Perioperative surgical and medical co-management”in the telemedicine teaching of healthcare doctors,it can fully motivate their enthusiasm,enhance their professional competence and work efficiency,and enable them to better participate in the entire perioperative management process.
