摘要
目的总结非小细胞肺癌与肿瘤微环境领域的研究热点与趋势。方法检索Web of Science数据库中核心合集的数据,检索时限为2014年1月1日~2024年12月31日。运用Excle 2018版和CiteSpace 6.4.R1版软件,对纳入文献的发表年份、发表国家、期刊、作者、研究机构、关键词、文献共被引等进行文献计量学分析。结果共纳入2840篇文献,该领域发文量总体上升,引用频次也呈现逐年递增趋势。发文量最大的国家是中国,其次为美国和意大利;发文量最大的研究机构是法国国家医学与健康研究院;发文量最大,文献被引频次最高的作者是周彩存;发文量最大,被引频次最高的期刊分别是Frontiers in Immunology,Clinical Cancer Research。关键词共现分析展现出肿瘤微环境细胞成分、时空异质性与细胞外囊泡所介导的调控机制是研究热点。参考文献共被引分析形成了围绕单细胞测序、空间转录组、生物信息学分析为技术手段的肿瘤微环境研究,围绕kras、egfr突变、血管生成以及获得性耐药展开的肿瘤微环境相关基础研究,以及围绕免疫检查点抑制剂伊匹木单抗、帕博利珠单抗、新辅助化疗联合免疫治疗展开的肿瘤微环境临床相关研究。结论采用文献计量学方法可清晰直观地看出全球非小细胞肺癌与肿瘤微环境的研究热点和趋势。
Objective Summarize the research hotspots and trends in the field of the tumor microenvironment(TME)and non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The studies related to the TME in NSCLC in the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 1,2014,to December 31,2024 were searched.Excel 2018 and CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software were used to perform bibliometric analysis on the included literature,including publication year,country of publication,journal of publication,authors,research institutions,keywords,and co-cited references.Results A total of 2840 articles were included.The annual publication volume in this field exhibited an overall upward trend,with the citation frequency also increasing year after year.The country with the highest number of publications was China,followed by the United States and Italy.The institution that published the most was the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research(INSERM).The author with the highest number of publications and citation frequency was Zhou,Caicun.The journals with the highest publication volume and citation frequency were Frontiers in Immunology and Clinical Cancer Research,respectively.Keyword co-occurrence analysis reveals that the cellular components of the tumor microenvironment,spatiotemporal heterogeneity,and the regulatory mechanisms mediated by extracellular vesicles are research hotspots.Reference co-citation analysis revealed three main research directions:TME studies utilizing single-cell sequencing,bioinformatics analysis,and tumor xenograft models;basic research on TME related to KRAS and EGFR mutations,angiogenesis,and acquired resistance;and(3)clinical research on TME focusing on immune checkpoint inhibitors(e.g.,ipilimumab,pembrolizumab)and neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy.Conclusion The bibliometric approach can clearly and intuitively reveal the research hotspots and trends of global non-small cell lung cancer and the tumor microenvironment.
