摘要
“俗”文化作为乡村典型文化代表,体现乡村的教育文化、大众文化与制度文化特质,对乡村文化振兴具有重要价值。乡村振兴背景下,由于乡村精神文明相较于物质文明提升的滞后性,乡村“俗”文化衍生出“陋俗”“侈俗”“玩俗”的异化表征,究其原因,主要受教育、主体和法治三个层面的因素影响。要想“辨风正俗”,实现“乡风文明”,就必须匡正乡村“俗”文化,重申其教化性、群众性和规约性逻辑,以此打造新时代美丽乡村文化新面貌,推动物质文明与精神文明共同富裕。
As a representative form of typical rural culture,“folk”culture embodies the characteristics of educational culture,mass culture,and institutional culture in rural areas,holding significant value for rural cultural revitalization.In the context of rural revitalization,due to the lag in the development of rural spiritual civilization compared to material civilization,rural“folk”culture has given rise to alienated manifestations such as“undesirable customs”,“extravagant customs”,and“frivolous customs”.The underlying reasons for this are primarily influenced by factors at three levels:education,agency,and the rule of law.To“distinguish and rectify customs”and achieve“civilized rural practices”,it is essential to rectify rural“folk”culture by reaffirming its logic of educative function,mass participation,and normative regulation.This approach aims to shape a new cultural landscape for beautiful rural ar⁃eas in the new era and promote the common prosperity of both material and spiritual civilization.
