摘要
研究人工智能与大数据技术在高校档案智能化管理中的应用价值。构建融合数据采集、大数据处理与AI算法层的系统架构,采用协同过滤与内容推荐等算法实现个性化服务,并通过多维度指标评估系统性能。测试数据显示系统响应时间≤1.8 s,用户满意度达4.6分,推荐准确率最高达92%,系统负载稳定在75%~80%。人工智能与大数据技术能显著提升档案管理效率与服务精准度,为智慧校园建设提供有效技术支撑。
This study investigates the application of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data technologies in the intelligent management of university archives.A hierarchical system architecture integrating data acquisition,big data processing,and an AI algorithm layer was designed.Personalized archival services were implemented using collaborative filtering and content-based recommendation algorithms.System performance was evaluated against multidimensional metrics.Test results demonstrated a response time of≤1.8 seconds,a user satisfaction score of 4.6/5,a peak recommendation accuracy of 92%,and a stable system load maintained between 75%and 80%.The findings confirm that AI and big data technologies significantly enhance the efficiency of archival management and the precision of user services,offering robust technical support for the development of smart campuses.
