摘要
通过对含蜡沥青的独特组成进行研究,了解其在道路建设、复合材料等方面的显著优势以及面临的诸多挑战,进一步了解含蜡沥青的特性、应用现状及发展前景。含蜡量是衡量沥青质量的关键指标,其对沥青的物理性质、道路建设和维护等均有重要影响。在应用现状方面,含蜡沥青在道路建设中需严格控制含蜡量,以提升黏附性和抵抗水损害;在复合材料中,通过调节蜡的摩尔质量可平衡高温和低温性能;在改性方面,降蜡改性技术及蜡基添加剂的应用可显著改善沥青性能。然而,含蜡沥青的加工、储存和运输需在特定条件下进行,以防止蜡结晶积累和环境污染。随着环保意识的增强,各国政府和监管机构实施严格的法规,限制沥青中的含蜡量,促使研究人员探索更环保的替代品和技术。未来的研究应集中在新型改性剂的开发、环保型含蜡沥青的制备以及智能沥青材料的研发上,以满足不断增长的工程需求和日益严格的环保要求。
By studying the unique composition of waxy asphalt,its significant advantages in road construction,composite materials and so on were understood,as well as the many challenges it faces,and characteristics,current applications,and development prospects of waxy asphalt were further explored.The wax content is a key indicator of asphalt quality,which has an important impact on the physical properties of asphalt,road construction and maintenance.In terms of current applications,the wax content in waxy asphalt needs to be strictly controlled in road construction to enhance adhesion and resistance to water damage;in composite materials,the mole mass of wax can be adjusted to balance high-temperature and low-temperature performance;in terms of modification,dewaxing modification technology and the application of wax-based additives can significantly improve asphalt performance.However,the processing,storage,and transportation of waxy asphalt need to be carried out under specific conditions to prevent wax crystal accumulation and environmental pollution.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,governments and regulatory agencies around the world have implemented strict regulations to limit the wax content in asphalt,prompting researchers to explore more environmentally friendly alternatives and technologies.Future research should focus on the development of new modifiers,the preparation of environmentally friendly waxy asphalt,and the development of intelligent asphalt materials to meet the growing engineering needs and increasingly stringent environmental requirements.
