摘要
针对沥青在施工和使用过程中会释放挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)等问题,现有研究多聚焦于净味的即时效果评价,而忽视了工程应用中存储与运输对沥青的影响,同时缺乏对长效净味效果的研究。因此,对21 d存储与运输工况进行模拟,以基质沥青为研究对象,考察了温度、掺量、时间对净味沥青长期净味效果、性能变化的衰减行为影响及机理。结果表明:沥青净味效果呈现“先快后慢”的衰减特征;净味剂对小分子VOCs去除效果显著,对大分子芳香烃抑制有限;净味剂通过非化学键合方式作用,未破坏沥青化学结构;净味剂掺量增加会降低针入度与延度,但是能提升软化点,所有指标均满足规范要求;建议优选中等或高掺量净味剂,并且将基质沥青运输温度控制在不超过150℃,以兼顾长效净味与工程适用性。
Regarding the issue of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)released by asphalt during construction and use,existing studies have primarily focused on evaluating the immediate deodorizing effects of single factors,while neglecting the impact of storage and transportation on asphalt in engineering applications,as well as long-term deodorizing efficacy.Therefore,a simulation of 21-day storage and transportation scenario was conducted.Using base asphalt as the research object,effects of temperature,dosage and time on the attenuation behavior and underlying mechanism of the long-term deodorizing efficacy were investigated,as well as performance evolution of deodorizinged asphalt.The results indicated that the deodorizing effect exhibited a attenuation characteristic of"rapid initial decline followed by slower decrease".Deodorizing agents significantly reduced small-molecule VOCs but had limited inhibitory effects on large-molecule aromatic hydrocarbons.These agents acted through non-chemical bonding mechanisms without altering the chemical structure of asphalt.Increasing the dosage of deodorizing agents could reduce the penetration and ductility,but raise the softening point,with all indicators still meeting standard requirements.It was suggested that the medium or high dosage of deodorizer should be selected,and the transportation temperature of matrix asphalt should be controlled at no more than 150℃to balance long-term deodorizing performance and engineering applicability.
