摘要
系统评价叙事护理对肿瘤化疗患者的应用效果,为临床护理研究提供循证依据。检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普网、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library等关于叙事护理对肿瘤化疗患者应用效果的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2025年11月。采用Rev Man 5.4软件进行Meta分析。对21篇有效文献的Meta分析结果显示,叙事护理干预可有效缓解肿瘤化疗患者的心理痛苦,提高其心理弹性水平,降低肿瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏,改善肿瘤化疗患者的睡眠质量,可见叙事护理对肿瘤化疗患者产生积极作用,具有良好的应用效果。
The study systematically evaluates the application effect of narrative nursing on patients undergoing chemotherapy for tumors.Randomized controlled trials on the application effect of narrative nursing in tumor chemotherapy patients were systematically retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database and VIP Network,etc.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to November 2025.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 software.A total of 21 papers were included as a result.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that narrative nursing intervention could effectively alleviate the psychological distress of tumor chemotherapy patients,improve their psychological resilience level,reduce cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing chemotherapy for tumors,and thereby help improve the sleep quality of patients undergoing chemotherapy for tumors.Narrative nursing has positive effect on patients undergoing chemotherapy for tumors.It can effectively alleviate the psychological pain of patients,improve their psychological resilience level,reduce cancer-related fatigue in patients undergoing chemotherapy for tumors,and promote the improvement of their sleep quality.It has a good application effect.
