摘要
乡村公共图书馆作为文化传播的基本载体,是乡村公共文化服务的重要组成部分,具有保障农民基本文化权益、丰富农民精神文化生活和推进乡村文化振兴的价值。从使用与满足理论视域出发,发现当前乡村公共图书馆在满足农民文化需求方面普遍存在“伪需求”“佯需求”和“无需求”的问题。对此,需要优化乡村公共图书馆的建设路径,包括以馆藏资源的精准供给破解农民的“伪需求”,以数字资源的有效供给破解农民的“佯需求”,以活动资源的高效供给破解农民的“无需求”。
As a fundamental carrier of cultural dissemination,rural public libraries constitute a crucial component of rural public cultural services.They play a significant role in safeguarding farmers’basic cultural rights and interests,enriching their spiritual and cultural lives,and advancing rural cultural revitalization.From the perspective of the uses and gratifications theory,it has been observed that rural public libraries currently face challenges such as“false demand”“pseudo demand”and“no demand”in addressing the cultural needs of farmers.To this end,it is essential to optimize the development strategies of rural public libraries,including resolving farmers’“false demand”through the precise supply of collection resources,tackling farmers’“pseudo demand”through the effective supply of digital resources,and addressing farmers’“no demand”through the efficient supply of activity resources.
