摘要
电子商务自兴起之后便一直深受国内外学者的广泛关注,为把握电子商务领域研究的热点与发展动态,文章以Web of Science数据库的核心合集文库为数据来源,将检索出的电子商务领域的5 139篇学术文献作为分析的样本,采用文献计量、内容分析、可视化等研究方法,揭示了电子商务领域的研究现状、热点与发展前沿。结果显示:电子商务领域研究已经进入相对成熟时期,电子商务领域的理论知识和研究热点主要围绕电子商务采纳、电子商务系统、供应链管理和人工智能等方面展开,近几年学者们重点关注中小企业、机器学习、深度学习、物流、大数据和电子商务平台等研究前沿。
Since the emergence of e-commerce,it has continuously attracted extensive attention from scholars both domestically and internationally.In order to grasp the hotspots and development trends in the field of ecommerce research,this paper utilizes the core collection of the Web of Science database as a data source.A total of 5139 articles with e-commerce were retrieved for analysis.The research employs methods such as bibliometrics,content analysis,and visualization to reveal the research status,hotspots,and frontiers in the field of e-commerce.The results indicate that research in the field of e-commerce has entered a relatively mature stage.The theoretical knowledge and hotspots in the e-commerce domain primarily revolve around e-commerce adoption,e-commerce systems,supply chain management,and artificial intelligence.In recent years,scholars have placed significant emphasis on emerging research frontiers such as small and medium-sized enterprises,machine learning,deep learning,logistics,big data,and e-commerce platforms.
