钴酸锂前驱体四氧化三钴洗涤降硫工艺

摘要 四氧化三钴是锂离子电池正极材料钴酸锂的关键原料。本研究旨在通过优化洗涤脱硫工艺,降低四氧化三钴中的硫含量(质量分数),以提高钴酸锂的电化学性能。文中分别探究了纯水、碳酸氢铵溶液及氢氧化钠溶液的洗涤脱硫效果,确定了三种洗涤液的最佳工艺条件。在此条件下,四氧化三钴中硫含量可分别控制在2×10^(-4)、1×10^(-4)和1×10^(-5)以内,且不会引起粒度分布和微观形貌的改变。 Cobalt tetraoxide(Co_(3)O_(4))is a key raw material for lithium cobalt oxide(LiCoO_(2)),an anode material for lithium-ion batteries.The aim of this study is to reduce the sulfur content(mass fraction)in cobalt tetraoxide by optimizing the washing and desulfurization process in order to improve the battery performance.Through the experimental study,the washing and desulfurization effects of pure water,ammonium bicarbonate solution and sodium hydroxide solution were investigated,and the optimal process conditions for washing with the three kinds of washing liquids were determined.Under these conditions,the sulfur content of tricobalt tetraoxide could be controlled within 2×10^(-4),1×10^(-4) and 1×10^(-5) respectively,and would not cause the change of the particle size distribution and the microscopic morphology.
