摘要
东方芒蝇(Atherigona orientalis Schiner)是辣椒Capsicum annuum、番茄Lycopersicon esculentum、甜瓜Cucumis melo等果蔬的重要害虫。本文运用扫描电镜对东方芒蝇Atherigona orientalis成虫触角和下颚须感器进行观察,结果表明,东方芒蝇成虫触角、下颚须上共分布有7种感受器。其中触角、下颚须共有的5种感器类型为:毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、耳形感器和Böhm氏鬃毛。锥形感器仅分布于雌雄虫触角和雌虫下颚须,腔锥形感器仅分布于雌雄虫触角,坛形感器仅分布于雄虫下颚须。根据扫描电镜观察的结果,对各感器的形态、分布及其功能进行了讨论,为日后研究东方芒蝇寄主定位、求偶、产卵等行为机制提供基础数据。
The antennal and maxillary palp sensilla of Atherigona orientalis,an important pest of fruits and vegetables such as Capsicum annuum,Lycopersicon esculentum,Cucumis melo,were observed and described with the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the adults of A.orientalis had 7 types of sensilla on the antennae include Sensilla trichodea,Sensilla coeloconica,Sensilla chaetica,Sensilla basiconica,Sensilla auricillica and Böhm bristles,and 7 types of sensilla on the maxillary palp include Sensilla trichodea,Sensilla ampullaceous,Sensilla chaetica,Sensilla basiconica,Sensilla auricillica and Böhm bristles.Based on the results of scanning electron microscopy,the morphology,distribution and function of the sensilla were discussed in order to provide a basis for revealing the host location,courtship,oviposition and other behavioral mechanisms of A.orientalis.
