摘要
地区农业科研机构档案管理既能服务科研创新发展,又能服务科技成果的落地转化,做好档案管理工作是对农业科研历史的尊重与传承。文章深入剖析了当前地区农业科研机构档案管理工作中存在的问题,并从理念革新、技术赋能、体系重构、平台搭建和人才培育等方面提出创新举措,以适应农业科研事业发展。同时,要通过强化组织领导、加强制度建设、加大投入力度、加强监督检查等具体保障措施,推进档案管理各项工作顺利实施。
Archive management in regional agricultural scientific research institutions can not only serve the development of scientific research innovation,but also facilitate the landing and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Doing a good job in archive management is a respect for and inheritance of the history of agricultural scientific research.This paper deeply analyzed the existing problems in the current archive management work of regional agricultural scientific research institutions,and proposed innovative measures from aspects such as concept innovation,technological empowerment,system restructuring,platform construction and talent cultivation to adapt to the development of agricultural scientific research.At the same time,it is necessary to promote the smooth implementation of various archive management work through specific guarantee measures such as strengthening organizational leadership,improving system construction,increasing investment,and enhancing supervision and inspection.
