高校法学专业商法课程思政教学改革与实践路径——以案例教学创新模式为例

Exploration on the Path of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Commercial Law Teaching:A Case Study of Innovative Case Teaching Model

摘要 不断推进商法课程思政教学改革是落实国家高校课程思政建设战略与培养德法兼修高素质法治人才的必然要求。由于商法知识体系的内在张力及传统教学模式的结构性局限,当前商法课程思政教学中存在思政内容挖掘和渗透不够深入、在教学过程中思政元素融入不够、在教学体系上配套运行机制建设滞后等问题。案例教学可打破商法知识体系的体系化壁垒、化解商法教学模式的结构性局限、提升商法思政教育的教学效果,是推进商法课程思政改革的有效路径。从课前准备、课堂教学、课后提升等教学全过程入手,对商法课程思政案例教学创新模式进行实践探索:课前,精选兼具专业性与思政蕴含性的典型案例;课中,利用七步教学流程实现商法专业与思政元素的内化融合;课后,撰写融合专业分析与价值反思的研习报告,实现专业知识传授与价值引领的有机统一,以期为不断推进商法课程思政建设提供借鉴和参考。 Continuously advancing the ideological and political teaching reform of commercial law courses is an inevitable requirement for implementing the national strategy of ideological and political construction in college courses and cultivating high-quality legal talents with both moral integrity and legal proficiency.Due to the inherent tension in the commercial law knowledge system and the structural limitations of traditional teaching models,the current ideological and political teaching of commercial law courses faces several issues.These include insufficient in-depth exploration and integration of ideological and political content,inadequate integration of ideological and political elements in the teaching process,and lagging construction of supporting operation mechanism in the teaching system.Case teaching can break the systemic barriers of the commercial law knowledge system,resolve the structural limitations of commercial law teaching models,and enhance the teaching effect of ideological and political education in commercial law.Thus,it serves as an effective path to promote the ideological and political reform of commercial law courses.Starting from the entire teaching process,including pre-class preparation,in-class teaching,and post-class improvement,this paper explores the innovation of the case teaching model for ideological and political education in commercial law courses.Before classes,carefully select cases that possess both professional and ideological and political implications.During classes,adopt a seven-step teaching process to facilitate the internalized integration of commercial law expertise and ideological and political elements.After classes,require students to write study reports that integrate professional analysis and value-based reflection.This approach achieves the organic unity of professional knowledge transmission and value guidance,aiming to provide reference for the continuous advancement of ideological and political construction in commercial law courses.
