摘要
为了得到更好的指纹识别准确率,采用基于点模式特征提取和纹理模式特征提取的指纹识别技术,在MATLAB上进行仿真实验对比,选取FVC2002数据库中的指纹,对指纹图像进行预处理,分别提取出基于两种识别技术指纹的细节点特征和纹线特征,将提取的指纹特征信息同数据库中的指纹图像分别进行细节点匹配和纹线匹配,得到点模式特征提取技术的识别准确率为87.7%,纹理模式特征提取技术的识别准确率为98.4%.
To achieve a higher accuracy rate in fingerprint recognition,fingerprint recognition techniques based on point pattern feature extraction and texture pattern feature extraction were adopted.Simulation experiments were conducted on MATLAB for comparison.Fingerprints from the FVC2002 database were selected and preprocessed.The minutiae features and ridge features of fingerprints based on the two recognition techniques were extracted respectively.The extracted fingerprint feature information was then matched with the fingerprint images in the database for minutiae matching and ridge matching.The recognition accuracy rate of the point pattern feature extraction technique was 87.7%,while that of the texture pattern feature extraction technique was 98.4%.
