摘要
旨在探讨水体中麻痹性贝类毒素(paralytic shellfish poisoning,PSP)产毒藻丰度与贻贝中毒素积累规律,揭示二者间的内在关联,从而为有效防控PSP毒素提供科学依据。2023年5月至2024年4月,在福建省东山湾主要贝类养殖区共设立4个采样点,逐月定期采集水体、贻贝及沉积物样品,通过监测水体和沉积物中的有毒藻类组成,分析水体中有毒藻类丰度,并测定贻贝中PSP的含量及其周年分布特征,进而对PSP的积累进行探讨。结果:全年共鉴定藻类131种,以硅藻为主(103种,占比78.6%),甲藻次之(22种,占比16.8%);在水体中监测到7种有毒藻类,均属于甲藻,其细胞丰度总体较低,其中5月最高(8.90 cells/L);沉积物中检出5种甲藻孢囊,平均密度为36.98 cysts/g,空孢囊占比超过60%,表明多数孢囊已萌发,其中锥状斯氏藻孢囊为优势种;贻贝中PSP毒素检测结果显示,除5—7月及次年3月外,其余月份均检出PSP,平均含量范围为6.13~44.43μg/kg,11月含量最高;毒素组分仅检出GTX5、GTX4和GTX1三种;相关性分析表明,PSP含量与有毒甲藻丰度呈显著正相关。综上,贻贝中PSP含量与其环境中有毒藻丰度呈正相关,可通过监测有毒藻丰度进行预警。
The paper was to investigate the enrichment risk of paralytic shellfish poisoning(PSP)in mussels and their correlation with the abundance of toxic algal in typical shellfish culture areas.Water samples,sediment samples and mussels were collected periodically from May 2023 to April 2024 at four sampling locations in the main shellfish culture area of Dongshan Bay,Fujian Province.The species and abundance of toxic algae were monitored,and the content of PSP and its annual distribution in mussels was analyzed.Finally,the enrichment risk of PSP was evaluated.The results showed that a total of 131 species of algae were identified throughout the year,including diatoms which were predominant(103 species,78.6%),followed by dinoflagellates(22 species,16.8%).Seven species of toxic algae were detected in the water,all belonging to dinoflagellates,with generally low cell abundance.The highest concentration(8.90 cells/L)was recorded in May.The sediment samples tested positive for five types of dinoflagellate cysts,with an average density of 36.98 cysts/g.Empty cysts accounted for over 60%of the total,indicating that most cysts had germinated.Among these,Scrippsiella trochoidea cysts were the most dominant species.PSP in mussels was detected in all the months except May to July 2023 and March 2024.The average content ranged 6.13-44.43μg/kg,peaking in November.Only GTX5,GTX4,and GTX1 in mussels were detected and the total content of them was significantly positively correlated with the toxic algal abundance.In summary,the content of PSP in mussels is positively correlated with the abundance of toxic algae in the environment.Monitoring the abundance of toxic algae is recommended for early warning.
