摘要
传统发酵蔬菜容器的现代化适应是食品加工领域值得关注的议题。本文基于该领域现有科技成果,探讨如何推动发酵蔬菜容器的智能化发展。通过技术赋能,可在传承发酵蔬菜文化的同时,为现代生活提供更便捷、成功率更高的制作方式,从而在文化传承与产品创新之间探索新的路径。
The modernization of traditional fermented vegetable containers was identified as a noteworthy topic in the field of food processing.Based on existing scientific and technological achievements in this field,the intelligent development of fermented vegetable containers was explored.Through technological enhancement,these containers can preserve the cultural heritage of vegetable fermentation while providing more convenient and reliable methods for modern lifestyles.Consequently,new pathways were explored between cultural inheritance and product innovation.
