基于织补理论的城市老旧工业区景观评价体系构建

摘要 在国家“十四五规划”倡导城市内部高质量健康发展的背景下,城市核心片区老旧工业区的更新发展问题受到广泛关注。基于对织补理论内涵的解析,结合城市老旧工业区的现状特征,构建了针对该类型区域的景观评价体系。采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各项指标的权重。结果显示,准则层指标权重由高至低依次为自然生态性、空间结构合理性、历史文化性、艺术美感性及设施完善度。可为城市老旧工业区的景观评价与更新实践提供参考。 Against the backdrop of China's"14th Five-Year Plan"advocating high-quality and healthy development within cities,the renewal and development of old industrial districts in urban core areas have garnered widespread attention.Based on an analysis of the connotation of darning theory and considering the current characteristics of old industrial districts,a landscape evaluation system specifically for this type of area was constructed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to determine the weights of various evaluation indicators.The results showed that the weights of the criterion-level indicators,in descending order,were natural ecology,spatial structure rationality,historical culture,artistic aesthetics,and facility completeness.This can provide a reference for landscape evaluation and renewal practices of urban old industrial districts.
