摘要
目的:观察维吾尔医涩味黏液质型白癜风患者皮损在皮肤镜下表现特征,为更客观准确地判断涩味黏液质型白癜风提供依据。方法:收集2020年2月—2023年2月于新疆维吾尔自治区维吾尔医医院皮肤科门诊、住院确诊的涩味黏液质型进展期白癜风患者共91例。使用皮肤镜观察记录皮损的特征并进行统计分析。结果:本研究中女性50例,多于男性(41例);散发型白癜风患者最多,共61例(67%)。通过皮肤镜观察发现:涩味黏液质型进展期白癜风在皮肤镜下表现为:(1)背景颜色:乳白色[39例(42.9%)]背景常见;(2)血管形态:血管不易见频率为92.3%(84/91)(P=0.001);(3)边界情况:边界模糊频率为73.6%(67/91)(P=0.000)。结论:本研究特征性皮肤镜图像表现为诊断和鉴别诊断涩味黏液质型白癜风的初步依据。
Objective:To observe the characteristics of skin lesions in patients with vitiligo of the astringent mucous type under dermoscopy,and provide a basis for more objective and accurate diagnosis of vitiligo of the astringent mucous type.Methods:This study collected a total of 91 patients with vitiligo of the astringent mucous type in the dermatology outpatient department and inpatient department of the Hospital of Xinjiang Traditional Uyghur Medicine from February 2020 to February 2023.The characteristics of skin lesions were observed and recorded using dermoscopy,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:In this study,there were more females(50 cases)than males(41 cases),with the largest number of sporadic vitiligo patients[61 cases(67%)].Through dermoscopy observation,it was found that:①Background color:milky white[39 cases(42.9%)]background is common;②Vascular morphology:the frenquency of less blood vessels is 92.3%(84/91)(P=0.001);3Boundary conditions:the frenquency of blurred boundaries is 73.6%(67/91)(P=0.000).Conclusion:The above characteristic dermoscopy images provide preliminary evidence for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of astringent mucous type vitiligo.
