摘要
目的:对华北地区健康人群中湿热质与平和质的脉诊信息特征进行比较与分析。方法:采用三探头脉诊仪采集脉诊信息,以华北地区湿热体质健康人群为采集对象,采用3种算法[主成分分析(PCA)、最小二乘法(LS)及套索回归(Lasso)]将这些参数进行分类并深度挖掘其特征。结果:通过对湿热体质与平和体质人群脉诊信息参数建模,PCA区别两组数据最显著的主成分为第6主成分,LS、Lasso分类判决准确率为64%和62%,构成该差异的主要参数为左关s2、左关t1、左寸t1、左关s、右尺h1、右尺s1、右寸t1,右关s2;时域参数以t1、s、h1为主,频域方面主要表现在右关和右尺。结论:湿热体质较平和体质人群脉诊信息差异主要表现在右关和右尺,可能与脾胃湿热、命门火盛有关。两种体质在桡动脉脉诊信息中得到体现,在一定程度上为湿热质的辨识提供了客观依据。
Objective:To compare and analyze the characteristics of pulse diagnosis in healthy people with dampnessheat constitution and balanced constitution in North China.Methods:The pulse information was collected by a three-probe pulsedetector,and the healthy people with dampness-heat constitution in North China were selected as the collection objects.Three algorithms(principal component analysis,least square method and lasso)were used to classify these parameters and explore their characteristics deeply.Results:Through the modeling of the pulse information parameters of the people with dampness-heat constitution and the people with balanced constitution,the accuracy of the model was 64%and 62%.Unsupervised learning found significant differences between the two groups mainly in the sixth principal component;The main parameters that make up the difference were s2 in left Guan,t1 in left Guan,t1 in left Cun,s in left Guan,h1 in right Chi,s1 in right Chi,t1 in right Cun,s2 in right Guan.The time domain parameters are mainly tl,s and h1,while the frequency domain parameters are mainly right Gun and right Chi.Conclusion:The difference of pulse information between people with dampness-heat constitution and those with balanced constitution is mainly manifested in right Guan and right Chi,which may be related to dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and fire of life-gate.The two kinds of constitution were reflected in the information of radial pulse diagnosis,which provided an objective basis for the identification of dampness-heat quality to a certain extent.
