摘要
在循证医学理念影响下,中医药领域逐渐形成了独具特色的中医药循证医学证据,但这些医学证据并没有有效转化为临床实践,造成医疗资源的严重浪费。鉴于此,文章提出中医药证据生态系统的构建,针对证据生产、证据合成、证据转化、证据传播、证据实施、证据评价6个环节提出中医药循证证据在各个环节中存在的问题和和改进意见,并提出构建中医药MAGIC体系,意在推动证据从生产、合成、传播到应用过程的动态循环和持续转化,以促进卫生保健系统的良性运作。文章为如何构建中医药证据生态系统提供策略,为中医药循证医学发展提供新思路。
Under the influence of evidence-based medicine(EBM),the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gradually formed unique TCM-EBM evidence.However,these evidences have not been effectively transformed into clinical decisions and used in clinical practice,resulting in a serious waste of medical resources.In this context,this article proposes the construction of TCM evidence ecosystem,and proposes the problems and suggestions in every partment of TCM evidence ecosystem,including evidence production,evidence synthesis,evidence transformation,evidence dissemination,evidence implementation and evidence evaluation,and proposes the construction of TCM-MAGIC system.The purpose is to promote the dynamic cycle and continuous transformation of evidence from production,synthesis,dissemination to application,so as to promote the good operation of health care system.This article provides strategies on how to build the evidence ecosystem of TCM and new ideas for the development of evidence-based TCM.
