摘要
文章总结国医大师路志正教授从脾胃论治干燥综合征的临证经验。干燥综合征属中医“燥痹”范畴,是难治性免疫疾病之一,病机多为阴津耗损,气血亏虚,瘀热毒痹阻,脉络不通。路教授行医80余载,医教研并举,首创“燥痹”病名,认为其根本病机为气阴两虚,津枯液竭、瘀血阻络,脾胃失调是引发燥痹的重要因素。在“持中央,运四旁,怡情致,调升降,顾润燥,纳化常”系统的脾胃论治学术思想基础上,辨证施治,直中病处。
This article summarizes TCM master LU Zhizheng's clinical experience in treating Sjögren syndrome(SS)from regulating spleen and stomach.SS belongs to the category of'dryness Bi'in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is one of the refractory immune diseases.The pathogenesis is mostly yin and body fluid depletion,qi and blood deficiency,blood stasis and heat toxin obstruction,and the vein is blocked.Professor LU has been practicing medicine for more than 80 years,and has proposed the disease name of'dryness Bi'.He thinks that the basic pathogenesis of SS is deficiency of both qi and yin,the basic disease is exhaustion of body fluid and blood stasis,and the imbalance of spleen and stomach is an important factor causing dryness Bi.On the basis of the academic thought of'holding the center,transporting the four sides,being happy,adjusting the ups and downs,caring for dryness,and accommodating the normal',the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the disease is directly treated.
