摘要
塌渍疗法是中医重要的传统外治法。文章系统梳理其历史源流:萌芽于先秦两汉,《五十二病方》详载其早期实践雏形,《黄帝内经》奠定“由表及里”理论基础;蓬勃发展于两晋隋唐,应用逐步拓展,方剂极大丰富,“持续湿敷”操作规范确立;理论深化于宋金元,“塌渍”术语及作用机理明确,开始向内科急症应用探索;系统成熟于明清,理论体系完备,辨证施术与操作规范完善。近现代以来,研究深化分子机制,结合现代技术提升透皮效率,广泛应用于骨关节病、皮肤病及代谢性疾病等多领域,相关学术研究与临床实践进一步验证了其疗效与安全性,为更多患者提供了有效的治疗选择。
Ta-Zi therapy is a significant traditional external treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This article systematically traces its historical development:It germinated during the pre-Qin to Han dynasties,with Fifty-Two Prescriptions detailing its early practical forms and Huangdi Neijing establishing the theoretical foundation of the"external-tointernal therapeutic pathway'.It flourished during the Jin,Sui,and Tang dynasties,witnessing gradual expansion in application,significant enrichment of herbal formulas,and the establishment of standardized'continuous wet-compressing'procedures.Theoretical deepening occurred during the Song,Jin,and Yuan dynasties,with the term'Ta-Zi'and its mechanism clarified,and exploratory application to internal medical emergencies beginning.It matured into a systematic approach during the Ming and Qing dynasties,characterized by a comprehensive theoretical framework and refined pattern differentiation-based techniques and operational standards.Since the modern era,researches have deepened into its molecular mechanisms,transdermal efficiency has been enhanced by integrating modern technology,and its application has broadened extensively to areas such as bone and joint disorders,skin diseases,and metabolic diseases and so on.Related academic research and clinical practice have further validated its efficacy and safety,offering effective treatment options to more patients.
