摘要
目的:探讨桂附地黄汤合桃红四物汤加减联合化疗及免疫治疗对阳虚血瘀型晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果.方法:选取2022年3月至2025年3月在襄城县人民医院治疗的80例阳虚血瘀型晚期NSCLC患者为研究对象.按照治疗方法,将其分为观察组(n=40,接受化疗联合免疫治疗加用桂附地黄汤合桃红四物汤加减)和对照组(n=40,仅接受化疗联合免疫治疗).以21d为1个疗程,两组患者均连续治疗4个疗程.比较两组患者临床疗效、免疫功能及不良反应.结果:治疗后,观察组患者客观缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD4+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阳虚血瘀型晚期NSCLC患者应用桂附地黄汤合桃红四物汤加减联合化疗及免疫治疗的效果确切,可改善免疫功能,减少不良反应发生率.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined chemotherapy,immunotherapy with modified Guifu Dihuang decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with Yang deficiency and blood stasis symptoms.Methods:A total of 80 patients with NSCLC who exhibited Yang deficiency and blood stasis symptoms and received treatment at Xiangcheng county people's hospital from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected as study participants.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=40,received chemotherapy,immunotherapy combined with modified Guifu Dihuang decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction)and control group(n=40,received chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy only).Twenty-one days constituted one course of treatment,and both groups were treated continuously for four courses.The therapeutic effects,immune functions and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the objective response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated elevated levels of CD3+cells and CD4+cells,as well as a higher CD4+/CD8+ratio,compared to control group,while CD8+levels were lower in observation group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In NSCLC patients presenting with Yang deficiency and blood stasis symptoms,the combination of chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and modified Guifu Dihuang and Taohong Siwu decoctions demonstrates significant therapeutic efficacy,improve immune function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
