摘要
目的:分析梳理2015~2024年间国内慢性病患者卫生服务利用研究相关的文献,探究主要研究主题及其发展趋势,以期为国内相关研究提供参考。方法:以中国知网、万方、维普数据库为数据来源,使用BERTopic主题建模技术对纳入文献进行主题识别、主题聚类和趋势展示的可视化分析。结果:共获得中文文献989篇,近十年来国内关于慢性病患者卫生服务利用研究的发文量整体呈稳定趋势,BERTopic主题建模技术识别出9个主题,主题聚类总结出4个主题类群,国内研究热点主要围绕基层医疗服务能力、政策优化对卫生服务利用的影响、老年人卫生服务利用、慢特病患者卫生服务利用等方面。结论:未来研究方向应聚焦于加速数字化与智能化技术在慢性病管理中的深度整合,深化医保支付方式改革的系统性研究,推动多学科协同研究平台建设,从而促进全周期整合式服务创新,提升慢性病患者的卫生服务利用效率,优化医疗资源配置,为实现全民健康目标提供有力支持。
Objective To analyze the literature related to the research on health services utilization for patients with chronic diseases in China from 2015 to 2024,explore the main research themes and its development trends,and provide reference for related research in China.Methods Using CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases as data sources,BERTopic topic modeling technology was used to visualize the topic identification,topic clustering and trend display of the included literature.Results A total of 989 Chinese literature were obtained.The number of domestic research on the utilization of health services for patients with chronic diseases showed a stable trend in the past ten years.9 themes were identified by BERTopic topic modeling technology,and 4 theme groups were summarized by topic clustering.The domestic research hotspots mainly focused on the capacity of primary medical services,the impact of policy optimization on the utilization of health services,the utilization of health services for the elderly,and the utilization of health services for patients with chronic diseases.Conclusion Future research directions should be focused on accelerating the deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies in chronic disease management,deepening the systematic research on the reform of medical insurance payment methods,and promoting the construction of multidisciplinary collaborative research platforms,so as to promote full-cycle integrated service innovation,improve the utilization efficiency of health services for patients with chronic diseases,optimize the allocation of medical resources,and provide strong support for the realization of the goal of universal health.
