摘要
本文测量了不同国产厂商超导带材的临界电流和交流损耗,并在COMSOL软件中基于PDE模块建立了超导带材模型以验证仿真的有效性。选取高温超导带材绕制线圈通过实验验证了线圈77 K仿真模型,并利用仿真研究得到了线圈在77 K以上温区的交流损耗变化规律。结果表明,随着交流电流幅值和温度的增大,带材/线圈的交流损耗按照规律方程相对增大;带材/线圈的交流损耗也在77 K及以上温区内与频率成正比关系。这对电力系统超导材料的特性研究及设计高温超导装置的保护系统有一定的参考价值。
This paper examined the critical current and AC loss of superconducting tapes from various domestic manufacturers.It used COMSOL software to create a simulation model of the tapes for validation.A coil was made using HTS tape,and tests were conducted at 77 K.The study also simulated how the coils AC loss changes at temperatures above 77 K.The results indicate that as the amplitude of the AC current and temperature increase,the AC losses in tapes/coils relatively increase according to the governing equation;Additionally,the AC losses in tapes/coils exhibit a proportional relationship with frequency within the 77 K and above temperature range.This provides valuable references for characterizing superconducting materials in power systems and designing protection systems for high-temperature superconducting devices.
