我国老龄化程度不断加深,数智技术不断与养老产业融合,数智化赋能养老产业的社会讨论趋于常态化,社会评价聚焦智能化服务效能和智能生态,对智能技术和养老产业融合发展的社会期望呈现出产品效能供给精准化、服务升级智能化、资源整合协同化、数据要素价值化、银龄数字素养普及化、监管治理体系规范化六大趋势。
As China's population continues to age,digital and intelligent technologies are increasingly integrating with the elderly care industry.Public discourse on digitally empowering elderly care has become normalized,with societal evaluation focusing on the effectiveness of smart services and the intelligent ecosystem.Expectations for the integration of smart technology and elderly care have evolved toward six key trends:more targeted supply of product efficacy,intelligent upgrading of services,coordinated resource integration,monetization of data elements,widespread digital literacy among seniors,and a standardized regulatory governance framework.
