摘要
目的:探讨以病情为基础等级护理方案在改善急性胰腺炎(AP)患者胃肠功能及营养状况中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年12月本院收治的80例AP患者为研究对象。依据随机抽签法,将其分为观察组(n=40,实施以病情为基础等级护理方案)和对照组(n=40,实施常规护理方案)。比较两组患者胃肠功能、营养状况[白蛋白和前白蛋白水平]与病情变化[采用急性生理与慢性健康评分系统(APACHE)Ⅱ评估]。结果:观察组患者首次肛门排气、首次排便、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者白蛋白和前白蛋白水平均高于对照组,观察组患者APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以病情为基础等级护理方案在促进AP患者胃肠功能恢复、改善营养状况及加快病情恢复进程方面具有显著优势。
Objective:To explore the application effect of condition-based hierarchical nursing programme in improving gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:A total of 80 patients with AP in our hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as study subjects.Based on the random draw method,they were divided into observation group(n=40,received condition-based hierarchical care programme)and control group(n=40,received conventional care programme).The gastrointestinal function,nutritional status[albumin and prealbumin levels],and disease progression[evaluate by acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE)II]were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The time of the first anal exhaust,the first defecation and the recovery of bowel sounds of the patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<O.05).After intervention,the levels of albumin and prealbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,the APACHE II scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The condition-based hierarchical nursing programme has significant advantages in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improving nutritional status and accelerating the recovery process in patients with AP.
