摘要
为探究不同化学调控剂对不同耐密特性大豆品种光合生理、农艺性状及产量的影响,以耐密大豆品种“长密豆30”和常规大豆品种“绥农43”为试验材料,每品种设置2个种植密度:常规密度(20万株/hm^(2))和高密度(30万株/hm^(2)),并于初花期喷施烯效唑(S3307)与胺鲜酯(DTA-6),分析不同密度条件下化学调控剂对不同大豆品种叶绿素含量、光合生理参数、茎秆特性、产量及其产量构成等指标的影响。结果表明:与绥农43相比,长密豆30的光合参数、茎秆抗倒及产量性状在高密度下表现出较强的适应性,且喷施化学调控剂显著改善了其耐密特性。S3307处理和DTA-6处理均能够不同程度地增强叶片的光合性能、优化植株的茎秆结构、改善作物的产量构成。DTA-6处理在提高光合特性、叶面积指数上更为显著;而S3307处理表现为抑制株高、增加分枝数、提高抗倒伏能力、显著提高作物的产量构成。耐密品种长密豆30对化学调控剂的响应更为显著,高密度下S3307处理的长密豆30产量最高,较ck处理增加58.34%。因此,在实际大豆生产中,应充分考虑其品种特性和种植条件,选择喷施较优的化学调节剂,实现“良种配良法”。
In order to explore the effects of different chemical regulators on photosynthetic physiology,agronomic traits and yield of soybean varieties with different density-tolerant characteristics,Changmidou 30 and Suinong 43 were selected as experimental materials,and two planting densities were set for each variety:conventional density(200000 plants/hm^(2))and high density(300000 plants/hm^(2)).The effects of chemical regulators on chlorophyll content,photosynthetic physiological parameters,agronomic traits,yield and yield composition of soybean varieties at different densities were analyzed.The results showed that compared with Suinong 43,the photosynthetic parameters,stem collapse resistance and yield traits of Changmidou 30 showed higher adaptability under high density,and the density-tolerant characteristics of Changmidou 30 were significantly improved by spraying chemical regulators.Both S3307 and DTA-6 could enhance the photosynthetic performance of leaves,optimize the stem structure of plants and improve the yield composition of crops to varying degrees.DTA-6 significantly improved photosynthetic characteristics and leaf area indexes,while S3307 inhibited plant height,increased branch number,improved lodging resistance,and significantly improved crop yield composition.Changmidou 30,a density-resistant variety,showed a more significant response to chemical regulators.Under high density,the yield of Changmidou 30 under S3307 treatment reached the highest,which was 58.34%higher than that under ck treatment.Therefore,in the actual soybean production,the variety characteristics and planting conditions should be fully considered,and the better chemical regulators should be selected to spray,so as to realize the"good seed combination method".
