摘要
研究了改性粉煤灰负载铜氧化物的制备及其催化性能。首先,采用水热合成法将铜氧化物负载于改性粉煤灰上,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)等手段对材料进行表征。结果表明,负载铜氧化物催化材料具有良好的结晶性,且铜氧化物颗粒均匀分散在载体表面。随后,考察了催化剂在有机废水降解反应中的催化性能。实验结果表明,负载铜氧化物催化剂表现出优异的催化活性,能有效促进废水中有机物质的降解,不仅为改性粉煤灰负载铜氧化物催化材料的制备提供了有效方法,也为其在废水处理等领域的应用提供了重要的实验基础。
The preparation and catalytic performance of copper oxides loaded on modified fly ash are investigated.Firstly,copper oxides are loaded onto modified fly ash by using the hydrothermal synthesis method.The material is characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Fourier transform infraredspectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that the copper oxideloaded catalytic material exhibits good crystallinity,with copper oxide particles uniformly distributed on the surface of the carrier.Then the catalytic performance of the catalyst in organic wastewater degradation reactions is examined.Experimental results show that the copper oxide-loaded catalyst demonstrates excellent catalytic activity,effectively promoting the degradation of organic substances in wastewater.This study not only provides an effective method for the preparation of copper oxide-loaded modified fly ash catalytic material,but also offers an important experimental basis for its application in wastewater treatment and other fields.
