摘要
目的:分析2024年贵州省食用农产品监督抽检不合格情况,以期为后续食品安全监管提供理论参考。方法:对贵州省市场监督管理局公布的43期食用农产品监督抽检信息进行统计整理,分析抽检不合格率、不合格细类和不合格项目。结果:2024年贵州省共监督抽检15179批次食用农产品,不合格489批次,总不合格率为3.22%。水产品抽检不合格率最高,为5.41%。蔬菜类抽检批次最多,不合格细类最多的是辣椒、姜和山药,辣椒主要不合格项目为镉(以Cd计)(20.04%)、噻虫胺(8.79%)和毒死蜱(6.13%),山药不合格项目为咪鲜胺和咪鲜胺锰盐(6.95%),姜主要不合格项目为铅(以Pb计)(5.52%)。水果类不合格细类最多的是香蕉,不合格项目为噻虫嗪(4.50%)、吡虫啉(2.86%)。水产品类不合格细类最多的是牛蛙,主要不合格项目为恩诺沙星(6.34%)。生干坚果与籽类不合格细类最多的是花生,不合格项目为黄曲霉毒素B1(1.64%)。鲜蛋类不合格细类是鸡蛋,主要不合格项目为多西环素(1.02%)。畜禽肉及副产品类不合格细类最多的是猪肉,不合格项目是五氯酚酸钠(以五氯酚计)(0.41%)。结论:2024年贵州省监督抽检食用农产品的主要风险是农药残留、重金属超标、兽药残留等化学性因素,建议监管部门加大相关风险食品抽检频次和数量,以降低食用农产品质量风险,保障公众健康。
We analyzed the unqualified results of the supervision and sampling inspection of edible agricultural products in Guizhou Province in 2024,so as to provide theoretical reference for the follow-up food safety supervision.Based on the sampling information of the 43rd batch of edible agricultural products released by the Administra-tion for Market Regulation of Guizhou Province,the unqualified rate,unqualified sub-categories and unqualified items were analyzed.In 2024,a total of 15,179 batches of edible agricultural products were sampled and inspected,and 489 batches were unqualified,with a total unqualified rate of 3.22%,The unqualified rate of aquatic products was the highest(5.41%).The vegetable sub-categories with the most unqualified items were chili,ginger and yam.The main unqualified items of chili were cadmium(measured by Cd)(20.04%),clothianidin(8.79%)and chlorpyrifos(6.13%),the main unqualified items of yam were imidamine and imidamine manganese salt(6.95%),and the main unqualified item of ginger was lead(measured in Pb)(5.52%).The fruit sub-category with the most unqualified items was banana,and the main unqualified items were thiamethoxam(4.50%)and imidacloprid(2.86%).The aquatic product sub-calegory with the most unqualified items was bullfrog,and the main unqualified item was enrofloxacin(6.34%).The nut sub-category with the most unqualified items was peanut,and the main unqualified item was aflatoxin B,(1.64%).The egg sub-category with the most unqualified items was hens'egg,and the main unqualified item was doxycycline(1.02%).The meat sub-category with the most unqualified items was pork,and the main unqualified item was sodium pentachlorophenate(measured in pentachlorophenol)(0.41%).In 2024,the main risks of edible agricultural products in Guizhou Province were pesticide residues,excessive heavy metals,and veterinary drug residues.It is suggested that the regulatory authorities increase the quantity and frequency of sampling inspection of food with related risks,so as to reduce the quality risks of edible agricultural products and protect public health.
