为何“本升专”:基于理性行为理论的毕业生逆向升学行为逻辑研究

Why"Undergraduates Shifting into Vocational Colleges":A Study on the Logic of Reverse Educational Progression Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action

摘要 关于“本升专”现象的社会热议,缺少揭示现象本质的理论探索。基于理性行为理论,探究当前部分本科毕业生选择“本升专”的内在动机和底层逻辑,发现“本升专”现象根源于社会“规范信念”的冲突与重构,其背后是当前本科青年面对学历贬值、技能缺失、竞争加剧的社会环境做出的现实性选择。“本升专”现象反映出当代青年在严峻的就业和生存压力下的主动求变和自强自立。因此,需理性看待“本升专”现象,破解“学历茧房”,回归能力本位,给予青年人更大的社会包容与实现自我发展的畅通渠道。 While the phenomenon of"undergraduates shifting into vocational colleges"has sparked widespread social discussion,theoretical explorations revealing its essence remain scarce.Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA),this study investigates the underlying motivations and logic behind the choice of"undergraduates shifting into vocational colleges"among some university graduates.It finds that such choices stem from conflicts and reconstruction in societal"normative beliefs,"reflecting a pragmatic response by university graduates to a social environment characterized by degree devaluation,skill gaps,and intensified competition.This trend highlights the proactive adaptation and self-reliance of contempo⁃rary youth facing severe employment and survival pressures.Therefore,it is essential to view this phenome⁃non rationally,break the"degree cocoon,"return to a competency-based orientation,and provide young people with greater social inclusion and accessible pathways for self-development.
