摘要
为满足对复杂基质食品中痕量危害物检测的实际需求,本实验引入金属有机框架材料,开发出具有高效基质净化功能的分散固相萃取技术,结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术对柚子中植物激素残留进行检测,实现了柚子中4种植物激素抗基质干扰检测实验设计。实验结果显示:方法几乎不受样品基质干扰,线性相关系数均≥0.999 6,检测限为0.17~5.00 ng/mL,相对标准偏差均<10%,加标回收率为68.5%~100.5%。该实验融合了材料合成、样品前处理、仪器分析等技术,可以使学生系统掌握食品安全分析全流程,有效提升学生在复杂样品前处理、仪器操作及检测方法开发等方面的实践和综合创新能力。
To meet the actual demand for detecting trace hazards in complex matrix foods,this work designed a teaching experiment for assaying four plant growth regulators in pomelo nearly without matrix interference.The teaching experiment develops a dispersive solid-phase extraction technique with high-efficiency matrix purification by using metalorganic framework as the sorbent.Then combining the high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technique,the plant growth regulators are analyzed.Results show that the method is nearly unaffected by matrix interference.All linear correlation coefficients are≥0.9996,the limits of detection range from 0.17 to 5.00 ng/mL,the relative standard deviations are less than 10%,and the recovery rates are 68.5%~100.5%.The teaching experiment integrates the technologies of material synthesis,sample pretreatment and instrumental analysis,enabling students to systematically master the entire process of food safety analysis.It effectively enhances students'practical and comprehensive innovative abilities in areas like complex sample processing,instrument operation,and detection method development.
