摘要
本文通过整合成果导向(OBE)教育、模块化教学(MES)与布鲁姆认知分层理论,以同步提升学生专业能力与职业素养为目标,构建了“OBE—MES—布鲁姆”递进式实验教学体系,并对其教学目标达成度进行验证。以准实验研究的方式,将111名卫生检验检疫专业学生分为试验组(53人)与对照组(58人),试验组实施新教学体系,对照组沿用传统教学法。基于OBE理念设定12项核心能力指标,采集全流程考核数据,运用SPSS 26.0进行统计分析,结合Likert 5级量表问卷与质性访谈,综合评估教学效果。结果显示:3级量化目标体系综合达成度为72%±5.2;试验组在综合实验报告(87.45±2.87 vs 85.16±3.05,p=0.021)、校企联合带教(91.60±2.25 vs 83.32±4.45,p<0.001)等高阶能力考核中表现优异;试验组教学满意度(69.28%vs 62.59%,p=0.042)与专业价值认同度亦显著提升。该体系创新构建的“目标—过程—评价”闭环机制,形成了可推广的检验类专业教学改革新范式。
By integrating outcome-based education(OBE),modular teaching,and Bloom’s Taxonomy,a progressive experimental teaching system was constructed with the aim of simultaneously enhancing students’professional skills and professional ethics,and the achievement of teaching objectives was verified.In a quasi-experimental study,111 students majoring in health inspection and quarantine were divided into an experimental group(53 students)and a control group(58 students).The experimental group implemented the new system,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.Based on the OBE concept,the study set 12 core competency indicators,collected full-process assessment data,and used SPSS 26.0 for statistical analysis.Combined with a Likert 5-point scale questionnaire and qualitative interviews,the teaching effectiveness was comprehensively evaluated.The comprehensive achievement rate of the 3-level quantitative target system was 72%±5.2%;the experimental group performed well in high-order ability assessments such as comprehensive experimental reports(87.45±2.87 vs 85.16±3.05,p=0.021)and schoolenterprise joint teaching(91.60±2.25 vs 83.32±4.45,p<0.001);the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group(69.28%vs 62.59%,p=0.042)and professional value recognition significantly increased.This system innovatively constructs a“goal-process-evaluation”closedloop mechanism,forming a new paradigm for teaching reform in inspection-related majors that can be promoted.
