摘要
本文结合装配式建筑特点,探讨模数化设计对新型建造方式的促进作用,揭示多专业协同设计中模数协调的关键问题。文章提出,通过建立标准化构件库、模具共享机制及基于BIM+AI的智能协调系统,可实现从设计到施工的全周期模数优化,为建筑业工业化转型提供技术路径。
This paper explores the promotional role of modular design in new construction methods,particularly focusing on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings.It highlights the key challenges in modular coordination during multi—disciplinary collaborative design.To address these issues,the study proposes the establishment of standardized component libraries,shared mold mechanisms,and an intelligent coordination system based on BIM+AI technology.These solutions aim to achieve fullcycle modular optimization from design to construction,providing a technical roadmap for the industrial transformation of the construction industry.The research demonstrates that modular coordination serves as a core technology driving the upgrading of the construction sector,and its intelligent development will significantly enhance construction efficiency and quality.
