摘要
在低碳绿色建筑的发展背景下,建筑用户侧的电力节能优化成为关键技术方向。建筑信息模型(BIM)技术凭借其数据集成、仿真分析和动态优化能力,在绿色建筑用能系统设计与管理中发挥着重要作用。本文分析了BIM技术与绿色建筑电力系统的融合机制,探讨了BIM在电力负荷动态感知、照明与空调能耗仿真、配电设备选型及线路损耗优化等方面的应用,以期优化建筑能耗管理,推动低碳绿色建筑发展。
Against the backdrop of the development of low-carbon green buildings,energy-saving optimization of electricity consumption on the user side of buildings has become a key technical direction.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,with its capabilities of data integration,simulation analysis,and dynamic optimization,plays a significant role in the design and management of energy consumption systems in green buildings.This paper analyzes the integration mechanism of BIM technology and the power system of green buildings,and explores the application of BIM in dynamic perception of power load,simulation of lighting and air conditioning energy consumption,selection of power distribution equipment,and optimization of line losses,with the aim of optimizing energy consumption management in buildings and promoting the development of low-carbon green buildings.
