绿色建造理念下的智能建筑表皮设计与性能优化

摘要 智能建筑表皮在绿色建造理念下成为提升建筑能效与环境适应能力的重要组成部分。本研究围绕智能建筑表皮的绿色节能特性,分析传感与控制系统架构,探讨智能化功能与节能设计策略,并构建相应的实现方案。基于优化目标,研究能耗控制、热工性能提升及结构与材料优化策略,结合运行数据开展性能验证,分析优化成效。研究结果表明,智能建筑表皮的优化设计可有效降低能耗、提高环境调节能力,同时增强建筑表皮的适应性,为绿色建筑技术的发展提供技术支撑,助力智能建造与可持续发展目标的实现。 Under the green construction concept,intelligent building facades have become an important component for enhancing building energy efficiency and environmental adaptability.This study focuses on the green and energy-saving characteristics of intelligent building facades,analyzes the sensor and control system architecture,explores intelligent functions and energy-saving design strategies,and constructs corresponding implementation plans.Based on the optimization goals,it investigates energy consumption control,thermal performance improvement,and structural and material optimization strategies,and conducts performance verification using operational data to analyze the optimization effects.The research results show that the optimized design of intelligent building facades effectively reduces energy consumption,improves environmental regulation capabilities,and enhances the adaptability of building facades,providing technical support for the development of green building technologies and promoting the realization of intelligent construction and sustainable development goals.
