摘要
随着我国医学教育规模的扩大,大量医学生面临就业困境。通过文献归纳与深度访谈的方式,调查医学类专业学生求职现状,针对当前形势下的求职困境,提出对策,旨在为缓解医学青年就业压力、促进其合理就业提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the expansion of medical education in China,lots of medical students are facing employment difficulties.We investigated the status of medical students'job hunting,and put forward a series of countermeasures against job hunting difficulties through literature review and in-depth interviews,aiming to provide support and practical guidance for alleviating the employment pressure of medical youth and promoting their reasonable employment.
