摘要
目的通过对四川大学华西医院肿瘤中心进修医师培训情况进行统计分析,了解肿瘤进修医师的特点和学习需求,以及在进修学习中遇到的问题,从而优化培训管理流程,提高培训质量和培训效果。方法分析2018—2024年肿瘤中心进修医师的基本信息,自2020年3月起发放问卷,进修医师自愿参加,调查内容包括学习目标、学习兴趣及期望目标、带教师资评价、学习收获等。结果在专业方面,进修医师中进修肿瘤放射治疗专业的最多(42.8%);在时长方面,进修6个月的人数占比最高(81.8%);在学习目标方面,希望掌握肿瘤治疗新进展的人数占比最高(90.5%);在教学满意度方面,进修医师对带教教师每一项评分均在95分以上;结业考试理论成绩方面,85分及以上的进修医师占89.2%;在学习收获方面,掌握基本知识的进修医师占95.3%,熟悉了肿瘤治疗规范的占90.6%,掌握了肿瘤治疗新进展的占83.6%,学习了科研论文撰写和基金申请的占13.3%。结论四川大学华西医院肿瘤中心进修医师培训效果良好,加大科研培训力度有助于进一步提高进修医师的培训效果及满意度。
Objective Through the statistical analysis of the training of refresher doctors in the Cancer Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University,to learn the characteristics and learning needs of oncologists,as well as the problems encountered in the learning process,so as to optimize the management process of training,improve the quality of training and the effect of training.Methods The basic information of the cancer center's refresher doctors from 2018 to 2024 was analyzed.From March 2020,the questionnaire was issued to the refresher doctors who volunteered to participate in the survey.The survey content included learning objectives,learning interests and expectations,preceptors'evaluation,learning gains,etc.Results In terms of profession,the highest proportion(42.8%)of refresher doctors studied tumor radiotherapy.In terms of duration,the proportion of them who studied for 6months was the highest(81.8%).In terms of learning objectives,the highest proportion(90.5%)of them hope to master the latest developments in cancer treatment.In terms of teaching satisfaction,the refresher doctors scored more than 95 score on each item of preceptors.In terms of theoretical scores in the graduation exam,89.2%of the refresher doctors scored 85 or above.In terms of learning gains,95.3%of the refresher doctors have mastered basic knowledge,90.6%are familiar with tumor treatment standards,83.6%have mastered new developments in tumor treatment,and 13.3%have studied scientific research paper writing and fund application.Conclusion The effect of training for refresher doctors in the Cancer Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University is good,and increasing the strength of research training will help to further improve the effect and satisfaction of training for refresher doctors.
