摘要
基于常州市武进区森林火灾风险调查数据,综合运用森林火灾风险评估与区划方法,对区域火灾危险性、火灾风险、减灾能力、重点隐患进行评估与区划防治研究。结果表明:武进区危险性、火灾风险、减灾能力均为中高等级;区域内无重点隐患;根据森林防火工作实际结合前期评估基础,对武进区进行三级防治区划。本研究围绕当前全区森林火灾致灾风险水平、防灾减灾救灾能力进行探讨,科学预判今后一段时期森林火灾风险变化趋势和特点,为编制全区森林火灾防治区划和防治建议提供了依据。
Based on the survey data of forest fire risks in Wujin District,Changzhou City,in this study,forest fire risk assessment and zoning methods were comprehensively applied to conduct research on the assessment,zoning,and prevention of regional fire hazard,fire risk,disaster reduction capacity,and key hidden dangers.The results showed that the fire hazard,fire risk,and disaster reduction capacity of Wujin District all reached the medium-high level,and there were no key hidden dangers in the region.Combined with the actual forest fire prevention work and the previous assessment foundation,a three-level prevention and control zoning was carried out for Wujin District.In this study,the current level of forest fire-induced disaster risks and the capacity of disaster prevention,mitigation,and relief in the whole district were discussed,the changing trends and characteristics of forest fire risks in the coming period were scientifically predicted,and a basis for formulating forest fire prevention and control zoning and prevention suggestions for the whole district was provided.
