摘要 【目的】针对现有矿用水文监测系统无法在工作面回采空过程中直接将电信号接入采空区,导致无法对采空区水位进行实时监测的问题,设计了基于光纤传感器的煤矿采空区无源水文监测系统。【方法】论述了基于Bragg光栅的液位传感器测量原理和基于波分复用的解调工作原理,并对系统总体方案和解调仪硬件方案进行了设计。监测系统在利民煤矿I030902工作面回采前进行了现场布设,对工作面回采过程中采空区水位进行了实时监测。【结果及结论】监测过程中系统运行稳定可靠,有效地节省了探放水工程量,并提升了采空区积水量计算的准确性。 A passive hydrological monitoring system for coal mine goaf based on fiber optic sensors is designed to address the problem of the existing mining hydrological monitoring system being unable to directly connect electrical signals to the goaf during the process of mining,which results in the inability to monitor the water level in the goaf in real time.The measurement principle of water level sensor based on Bragg grating and the demodulation principle based on wavelength division multiplexing are discussed,and the overall system scheme and hardware scheme of the demodulator are designed.The monitoring system was deployed on site before the mining of the I030902 working face in Limin Coal Mine to monitor the water level in the goaf in real-time during the mining process The system operated stably and reliably during the monitoring process,effectively saving the amount of water exploration and improving the accuracy of the calculation of water accumulation in the goaf.
