摘要
脑膜淋巴系统(MLS)是近年证实存在于中枢神经系统(CNS)硬脑膜中的功能性淋巴网络,其能够与外周淋巴系统相连通,清除CNS的代谢废物。MLS的发现颠覆了大脑为"免疫豁免"器官的传统认知,为阿尔茨海默病(AD)的研究提供了全新视角。本文概述了MLS的发现、解剖结构和生理功能,深入探讨了MLS与免疫系统的相互调控机制及其在AD病理发生发展中的作用,旨在为靶向MLS的AD治疗策略提供新思路。
Recent studies have confirmed that the meningeal lymphatic system(MLS),a functional lymphatic network,exists in the dura mater of the central nervous system(CNS).It can connect to the peripheral lymphatic system and remove metabolic wastes from the CNS.MLS discovery has overturned the traditional view that the brain is an"immune-exempt"organ and provides a new perspective for Alzheimer's disease(AD)research.This article reviews the discovery,anatomical structure,and physiological functions of MLS,and deeply explores the mutual regulation mechanism between MLS and immune system and its key role in AD occurrence and development,aiming to provide new ideas for AD treatments targeting MLS.
