摘要
针对高质量浓度氨氮废水的脱氮难题,本研究构建了单级连续流部分亚硝化/厌氧氨氧化(partial nitritationanammox,PN/A)颗粒污泥工艺,并通过曝气模式调整和适当的控制策略实现了高效脱氮。结果表明,随着曝气速率逐渐提高,反应器中污泥质量浓度逐渐增加,同时,颗粒污泥沉降性能越来越好。因此,PN/A系统的脱氮能力可以实现快速提升,处理氧化铁红废水的总无机氮去除负荷可达(0.99±0.01)kg·(m^(3)·d)^(-1)。此外,游离亚硝酸质量浓度和抑制时间对厌氧氨氧化菌(anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria,AnAOB)活性存在显著影响,运行过程中需要特别关注。微生物分析表明,Candidatus_Brocadia(13.99%)和Candidatus_Kuenenia(15.68%)是能够适应氧化铁红废水的优势AnAOB菌属,Nitrosomonas(7.12%)为PN/A反应器中的主要氨氧化菌。相比于分离式和生物膜工艺,连续流PN/A颗粒污泥工艺的投资成本更低且便于污泥资源化。本研究验证了连续流PN/A工艺处理实际氧化铁红废水的可行性,可为实际工程应用提供理论指导。
To address the challenge of nitrogen removal in high-concentration ammonia wastewater,this study developed a single-stage continuous-flow partial nitritation-anammox(PN/A)granular sludge process.By adjusting the aeration mode and implementing appropriate control strategies,efficient nitrogen removal was achieved.The results showed that as the aeration rate gradually increased,the sludge concentration in the reactor also rose,while the settling performance of the granular sludge improved significantly.Consequently,the nitrogen removal capacity of the PN/A system could be rapidly enhanced,achieving a total inorganic nitrogen removal load of(0.99±0.01)kg·(m3·d)−1 when treating iron oxide red wastewater.Additionally,the free nitrous acid concentration and inhibition time significantly impacted the activity of anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria(AnAOB),requiring special attention during operation.Microbial analysis revealed that Candidatus_Brocadia(13.99%)and Candidatus_Kuenenia(15.68%)were the dominant AnAOB genera capable of adapting to iron oxide red wastewater,while Nitrosomonas(7.12%)served as the primary ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in the PN/A reactor.Compared to separated and biofilm processes,the continuous-flow PN/A granular sludge process offers lower investment costs and facilitates sludge resource recovery.This study demonstrates the feasibility of applying the continuous-flow PN/A process to treat actual iron oxide red wastewater,providing theoretical guidance for practical engineering applications.
