上覆深厚珊瑚礁砂软质岩地层打入桩承载特性研究

Experimental investigate of bearing characteristic of driving pile in weathered soft rock overlying coral sand

摘要 “一带一路”工程建设中,打入桩施工时常遇到珊瑚礁砂及风化软质岩,这些地层的工程特性与陆域常规岩土存在较大差异,导致桩基承载力计算和动力沉桩分析均缺乏取值依据。基于此,开展了上覆深厚珊瑚礁砂软质岩地层打入桩单桩静载试验,研究了其抗压承载特性,并提出了一种荷载-沉降分析算法,计算获得与实测曲线相接近的荷载-沉降拟合曲线,可用于单桩承载特性及不同土层土阻力分析。分析结果表明:珊瑚礁砂的单位侧阻力值显著低于规范中相同标贯击数的陆源砂的单位侧阻力值,可贡献的承载力极低,且风化软质岩的土阻力取值也显著低于规范推荐取值,打入桩受荷行为表现为端承摩擦桩,当竖向荷载达到极限时发生“刺入”破坏。 In the construction of the“Belt and Road”project,pile driving often encounters coral reef sand and weathered soft rock.The engineering characteristics of these strata are significantly different from conventional rock and soil onshore,leading to a lack of basis for pile bearing capacity calculation and dynamic pile analysis.Based on this,single pile static load tests were conducted in weathered soft rock overlying coral sand to study their compressive bearing characteristics.An algorithm for load-settlement analysis was proposed to calculate a load-settlement fitting curve that closely matches the measured curve,which can be used for pile bearing characteristics and analysis of soil resistance in different layers.The analysis results show that the unit side resistance of coral sand is significantly lower than that of land-based sand with the same standard penetration test(SPT)value,resulting in very low contribution to bearing capacity.Additionally,the soil resistance of weathered soft rock is also significantly lower than the recommended values in the code.The behavior of driven piles under load is characterized as end bearing friction pile,and“punching”failure occurs when the vertical load reaches its limit.
