贵州铜仁碧江区牛弓形虫血清学调查与分析

Serological Survey and Analysis of Toxoplasma gondii Infection in Cattle in Bijiang District

摘要 为调查碧江区牛弓形虫感染情况并分析其潜在的风险因素,2024年5月—2025年6月,从碧江区部分乡(镇)采集牛血清样品共329份,采用间接血凝试验(IHA)进行检测,并利用SPSS软件对不同组别牛弓形虫血清阳性率差异进行卡方检验。结果显示,牛弓形虫抗体场阳性率和样品阳性率分别为46.67%(7/15)和13.37%(44/329),不同乡(镇)来源血清样品弓形虫抗体阳性率差异显著(P<0.05);春季和夏季牛弓形虫抗体阳性率显著高于秋季和冬季,分别为20.97%(13/62)、17.45%(18/103)和8.57%(6/70)和7.44%(7/94);不同养殖规模牛场牛群弓形虫抗体阳性率差异显著(P<0.05),其中,小规模养殖牛场(存栏量低于100头)的阳性率最高,为20.95%(22/105),而大型养殖牛场(存栏量超过200头)的阳性率最低,为6.93%。此外,饲养猫的牛场弓形虫抗体阳性率显著高于未饲养猫的牛场,分别为19.87%(30/151)和7.87%(14/178);3岁以上牛群弓形虫抗体阳性率高于其它年龄阶段牛群,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,碧江区牛弓形虫病流行较为普遍,养殖企业(户)应重视该病的防控,以保障人畜健康和公共卫生安全。 To investigate the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection in cattle in the Bijiang District and analyze its potential risk factors,a total of 329 bovine serum samples were collected from some townships in Bijiang District from May 2024 to June 2025.The samples were tested using the Indirect Hemagglutination Assay(IHA),and the SPSS software was used to analyze differences in the seropositivity rates of T.gondii antibodies among different groups using the chi-square test.The results showed that the herd-level and sample-level positivity rates for T.gondii antibodies were 46.67%(7/15)and 13.37%(44/329),respectively.There were significant differences in the seropositivity rates of T.gondii antibodies among cattle from different townships(P<0.05).The seropositivity rates in spring and summer were significantly higher than those in autumn and winter,at 20.97%(13/62),17.45%(18/103),8.57%(6/70),and 7.44%(7/94),respectively.The differences in seropositivity rates among cattle herds of different farming scales were also significant(P<0.05).Small-scale farms(with fewer than 100 cattle)had the highest positivity rate at 20.95%(22/105),while large-scale farms(with more than 200 cattle)had the lowest rate at 6.93%.Additionally,farms that raised cats had a significantly higher seropositivity rate than those that did not,at 19.87%(30/151)and 7.87%(14/178),respectively.Cattle aged over 3 years had a higher seropositivity rate than those in other age groups,although the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results indicate that T.gondii infection is relatively common in cattle in the Bijiang District,farming enterprises and households should pay close attention to the prevention and control of this disease to ensure the health of both livestock and humans,as well as public health safety.
