摘要
为解决大跨度钢结构厂房在墙面板施工过程中面临的构件体量大、吊装难度高、安装精度要求严以及高空作业风险大等问题,依托福州市某汽车产线车间改扩建项目,系统分析了金属岩棉夹芯墙面板安装施工过程中的重难点;并采用合理的技术组合措施,有效加强构件起吊到安装的整体稳定性,对墙面板安装精度起到显著的效果,为类似工程提供可靠的技术参考。
To address issues such as large component size,difficulty in hoisting,strict accuracy requirements for installation,and the risks associated with high-altitude operations faced by large-span steel structure workshops during wall panel construction,the expansion and renovation project of an automotive production line workshop in Fuzhou was taken as a case study.The key and challenging aspects of installing and constructing metal rock wool sandwich wall panels were systematically analyzed.By adopting reasonable technical combination measures,the overall stability from component lifting to installation can be effectively enhanced,resulting in a significant impact on the installation accuracy of wall panels and providing reliable technical references for similar projects.
