摘要 在全球建筑能耗持续增长的背景下,建筑节能是实现“双碳”目标的关键。本文系统分析高性能围护结构、可再生能源利用及智能调控材料的技术特点,探讨被动式设计、主动式技术与智能化工艺在广东的协同应用模式。案例表明,新材料与工艺集成可使建筑运行能耗降低30%~50%,显著提升能效。研究为夏热冬暖地区节能工程提供了数据支持、技术路径与实践参考,助力绿色建筑高质量发展。 Amid the ongoing rise in global building energy use,improving building energy efficiency is key to reaching the"dual carbon"goals.This article systematically examined the technical features of high-performance building envelopes,renewable energy use,and intelligent control materials.By combining climate parameters and energy consumption simulations in South China,this paper studied collaborative application models for passive design,active technologies,and innovative processes in Guangdong.The case study demonstrated that integrating new materials and methods can reduce building operational energy consumption by 30%‒50%,significantly enhancing energy efficiency.The research provides data,technical pathways,and practical references for energy-saving projects in hot-summer and warm-winter regions,thereby supporting the high-quality development of green buildings.
