摘要
在核电工程数智化发展背景下,核电文档知识服务作为支撑安全运行与技术传承的核心功能,正面临重构升级。当前存在三大困境:一是知识表达体系缺失,文档结构化与语义化水平低;二是系统协同不足,文档平台与业务系统割裂;三是服务模式滞后,缺乏面向场景的智能响应能力。为此,需在服务功能、机制、模式、价值维度推进四项转型路径:构建统一知识治理体系,提升资源组织与表达能力;推动文档系统与业务系统深度集成,强化数据流通与协同;重塑服务模式,建立场景驱动、智能响应的知识服务机制;促使核电文档知识服务成为智能决策的重要支撑。
Under the background of digital and intelligent development in nuclear power engineering,nuclear power document knowledge services,as a core function supporting safe operation and technological inheritance,are undergoing restructuring and upgrading.Currently,three major challenges exist.First,there is a lack of a knowledge representation system,resulting in low levels of document structuring and semantic-ization.Second,system coordination is insufficient,with document platforms and business systems being fragmented.Third,service models are outdated,lacking scenario-oriented intelligent response capabilities.To this end,four transformation paths need to be advanced in the dimensions of service functions,mechanisms,models,and values:building a unified knowledge governance system and enhancing the ability to organize and express resources,promote the deep integration of document systems and business systems,and strengthen data circulation and collaboration,reshape the service model and establish a knowledge service mechanism driven by scenarios and intelligently responsive,promote nuclear power document knowledge services to become an important support for intelligent decision-making.
