摘要
随着国际秩序深度变革与“全球南方”群体性崛起,中非关系已迈入共筑新时代全天候中非命运共同体的新阶段。中非档案知识共同体的建构遵循四大逻辑:友好交往史与文化相似性的历史逻辑、“全球南方”发展知识范式的理论逻辑、打破西方知识霸权的生成逻辑以及中非关系转型升级的现实逻辑。中非档案知识共同体的建构,应遵循“先行先试、重点突破、系统推进、长期发展”的总体原则,通过目标引领、多元协同、资源整合、人才培养和机制保障等实践路径,逐步将这一理念转化为现实,为推动中非档案事业共同发展、服务新时代全天候中非命运共同体建设提供学理基础与实践参照。
With the profound transformation of the international order and the collective rise of“Global South”,China-Africa relations have entered a new phase of building an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era.The construction of the China-Africa archival knowledge community follows four key logics:the historical logic of friendly interactions and cultural similarities,the theoretical logic of the“Global South”development knowledge paradigm,the formative logic of challenging Western know-ledge hegemony,and the practical logic of the transformation and upgrading of China-Africa relations.To construct the China-Africa archival knowledge community,we should adhere to the overall principles of“pioneering trials,key breakthroughs,systematic advancement,and long-term development”.Through prac-tical paths such as goal orientation,multi-stakeholder collaboration,resource integration,talent cultivation and institutional guarantees,this concept can be gradually transformed into reality,providing a theoretical foundation and practical reference for promoting the common development of Chinese and African archival enterprise and for serving the construction of an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.
