摘要
全伺服裱糊制盒机是实现纸盒包装自动化与智能化的核心装备。针对传统设备存在的涂胶不均、工序切换效率低、模组运行不同步等问题,以提升生产效率为目标,重点分析了局部动态花样刮胶技术、上料与折叠模组的节拍匹配机制以及整机伺服系统的同步控制策略等关键技术。通过优化涂胶结构的均匀供液方案、改进上料机构的导向驱动结构、设计多段旋转折叠机构的高效工位切换方案,并实施多模组节拍同步控制,显著提升了制盒过程的稳定性与效率。研究成果已成功应用于高端数码产品防振包装,为天地盖纸盒的智能制造提供了可靠的技术支撑,具备广阔的工程应用前景。
Full servo box pasting machine is the core equipment to realize the automation and intelligence of paper box packaging.In view of the problems such as uneven glue coating,low procedure switching efficiency and asynchronous module operation in traditional equipment,in order to improve production efficiency,the key technologies such as local dynamic pattern glue scraping technology,cycle matching mechanism of feeding and folding modules and synchronous control strategy for whole machine's servo system are analyzed emphatically.By optimizing the uniform liquid supply scheme for the glue coating structure,improving the guiding drive structure of the feeding mechanism,designing the efficient station switching scheme for the multi-section rotary folding mechanism,and implementing the synchronous control of the multi-module cycle,the stability and efficiency of the box making process are significantly improved.The research results have been successfully applied to the antivibration packaging of high-end digital products,providing reliable technical support for the intelligent manufacturing of lid and base paper boxes and holding broad engineering application prospects.
