液晶聚芳酯(LCP)1000~2000D大旦数丝束(工业用丝)工艺设计及生产试验探讨

摘要 液晶聚芳酯(LCP)纤维具有耐腐蚀、高强、高模、湿热稳定等优异性能,LCP大旦数(1000~2000D)丝束,可以广泛应用在绳缆、吊装等领域,甚至可以满足一些钢纤或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维无法适用的环境。对生产LCP大旦数(1000~2000D)丝束进行了合理的工艺设计(干燥形式、组件喷丝板直径、牵伸卷绕形式等)、设备设计(螺杆、卷绕机等)、生产试验,得到了强度、模量等品质较高的纤维。从工艺路线、设备部件、纺丝生产、后整理等方面进行了尝试探讨,分析了干燥、螺杆、冷却等设备、工艺条件对可纺性的影响趋势。 Liquid Crystal Polyarylester(LCP)fibers have excellent properties such as corrosion resistance,high strength,high modulus,and moisture and heat stability.LCP large denier 10002000D fiber bundles can be widely used in rope and cable,lifting and other fields,and can even meet the requirements of some environments where steel fibers or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers are not suitable.This experiment conducted a reasonable process design(drying form,component spinneret diameter,stretching and winding form,etc.),equipment design(screw,winding machine,etc.),and production tests for the production of LCP high denier 10002000D fiber bundles,and obtained fibers with high quality,such as strength and modulus.This article attempts to explore the impact trends of drying,screw,cooling,and other equipment and process conditions on spinnability from the aspects of process route,equipment components,spinning production,and post-finishing.
